Natalie Alchadeff - REALTOR®
Natalie Alchadeff, Founder of the HB Group, specializes in helping buyers find their dream homes and sellers maximize profits – regardless of market cycles and economic conditions. Consistently ranked in the Top 10% of Los Angeles area real estate brokers, Natalie has earned multiple Platinum Sales awards and transacted more than half a billion dollars’ worth of real estate. But what best defines her is the fact that most of her business comes by word-of-mouth referrals from extremely satisfied clients.
Natalie guides her clients through every step of the process to make it as smooth and stress-free as possible. Her attention to detail and personalized service ensures that clients achieve their personal and financial goals, whether they are first-time buyers or homeowners ready for a lifestyle change. Her outstanding team at the HB Group additionally supports each of her clients to facilitate their success in a timely, responsive, efficient manner.
Natalie is also a very savvy and successful residential real estate investor, which gives her clients a distinct advantage. Not only can she put you in the home you’ve always wanted, but she can show you easy, practical ways to make it pay for itself and provide lifelong financial security for you and your family. Before finding her genuine purpose and passion in the real estate business, Natalie spent years leading teams of asset managers, analysts, lenders, and marketing specialists for SunAmerica, a leading investment company. Right out of college she joined Wells Fargo – approving loans of up to $30 million – and soon rose through the industry ranks to become an Associate Vice President for AIG, one of the world’s largest financial institutions. She now brings all of that expertise, plus more than 20 years of real estate experience, to each of her clients.
A world traveler who graduated from UC Berkeley before earning her MBA from Ecole des Ponts-Paris Tech in Paris, France, Natalie enjoys culinary arts, reading, and adores dogs – while readily admitting that she also loves to watch bad reality TV.
